摘　　要：理念滞后和内容陈旧等是应用性高校职业指导的主要问题。解决这些问题是应用性高校人才培养的关键。故以人才培养理念创新为先导,以职业指导体系创新为突破口,"创新教学内容、更新教学材料、改革教学方法",逐步建立多元化、立体化、全方位的科学职业指导体系,应成为应用性高校发展的着力点。The out-of-date idetts and old ontents are the main guidance in the applied college. To train application talents is the key to these problems. We should take the idea of talent cultivation innovation as the forcrurmer, turn the opation guidance system innovation as a breakthrough, change the teaching content, teaching material, teaching method ＂, and make cflbrts to establish a scientific occupation guidance system on the diversified, thre^-dimensional and full range gradually.
