摘  要:制备CPP/(α-TCP/n-HAP)骨水泥复合材料,观察并分析乱向及准单向分布的CPP纤维长度和含量对骨水泥凝固时间及力学性能的影响.结果显示:长度为3mm、质量分数为10%的CPP纤维准单向分布时骨水泥试样抗压强度和抗弯强度分别比CPP纤维乱向分布时提高18.7%和34.5%;扫描电镜显示,CPP在CPC骨水泥基体中分布均匀,结合性能好.准单向分布的CPP纤维对CPC骨水泥有更好的增强、增韧效果.CPP/(α-TCP/n-HAP) bone cement composites were prepared and the effect of the length and content of CPP fiber distributed quasi-unidirectionally and randomly in bone cement on its hardening time and mechanical properties were observed and analysed. The result showed that compressive and bending strength of bone cement with CPP fiber distributed quasi-unidirectionally in it would be enhanced by 18. 7 % and 34. 5 % more than those with random distribution of the fiber when CPP fiber length was 3 mm and content was 10%. Scanning electron microscope showed that CPP fibers were distributed uniformly in CPC bone cement base and exhibited good combining performance. CPP fiber distributed quasi-unidirec- tionally in bone cement exhibited stronger enhanced strength and toughness than CPC bone cement.
