宣白承气汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热腑实证患者疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中西医结合综合治疗方案对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)痰热腑实证的临床疗效。[方法]将53例AECOPD痰热腑实证患者随机分为两组(对照组,治疗组),对照组予西医常规治疗方法,治疗组是在对照组的基础上联合宣白承气汤加减使用,疗程10 d,比较两组患者临床综合疗效、血气分析(PaCO2,PaO2)、肺功能及中医证候方面的变化情况。[结果]治疗组在综合疗效评定、降低PaCO2、升高PaO2、改善中医症候方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]宣白承气汤加减使用可以改善AECOPD患者肺功能,改善血气分析结果及中医证候,提高临床疗效。[Objective] To observe the effect of Xuanbai Chengqi decoetion in treating patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonaly disease （AECOPD） of phlegm-heat and FU-organ excess. [Methods] The 53 patients with AECOPD and phlegmheat and FU-organ excess syndrome were randomly divided into two groups： control group and treatment group. The control group was given with Western routine treatment, while treatment group was treated with Xuanbai Chengqi decoction on the basis of Western general treatment. A course was 10 days and then the comprehensive clinical effect, blood analysis （PaCO2, PaO2）, lung function and the changes of TCM syndrome were compared between two groups. [Results] The improvement of the comprehensive clinical effect, the reducing of PaCO2, the increasing of PaO2 and the improvement of TCM syndromes were better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Xuan Baicheng Qi decoction can improve lung function of patients with AECOPD, and better results of blood gas analysis and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the clinical efficacy.
