二仙汤对顺铂损伤后小鼠卵巢功能调节作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨二仙汤对顺铂(CDDP)损伤后小鼠卵巢功能的调节作用。[方法]采用化疗损伤性小鼠卵巢功能早衰模型,给予二仙汤周期灌胃,检测血清生殖激素水平、卵巢排卵计数、卵巢组织中丙二醛(MDA)的含量及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),观察卵巢形态学变化。[结果]与卵巢早衰模型组比较,二仙汤给药组血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)降低,而雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)均升高;卵巢组织MDA降低,T-AOC升高,卵泡计数增加,卵泡闭锁减少,细胞间质增生减低,卵巢纤维化状况改善。[结论]二仙汤可通过抑制氧化损伤作用,降低细胞外基质的形成,加速细胞外基质降解,从而改善卵泡和颗粒细胞功能状态,提升卵巢功能。[Objective] To investigate the regulatory effect of Er Xian decoction on restoring ovary function in premature ovarian failure （POF） in mice injured by cisplatin （CDDP）. [Methods] Female SD mice were given with cisplantin daily to set up the model of POF. The changes of genital hormones, ovulation, MDA, T-AOC and ovary morphology were observed in mice after intragastric administration of Er Xian decoction. [Results] Compared with model group, in the Er Xian decoction group FSH and LH decreased, E2 and P increased, MDA decreased and T-AOC increased in ovary tissue, less follicular atresia and intercellular substance presented, the fibrous degeneration of ovaries were ameliorated. [Conclusion] Er Xian decoction can restrain oxidative injury, reduce the formation of extracellular matrix and promote its degradation, thus can restore the function of follicle and granulocyte and improve ovary function.
