参芪泻白散联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪泻白散联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌生存质量的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分成治疗组30例与对照组30例,对照组采用GP方案化疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用参芪泻白散治疗,28 d为1个疗程,连续2个疗程。观察治疗后中医临床证候变化、生存质量量表EOTRC-QLQ-SF-36调查问卷评分及不良反应变化。结果:治疗组改善率为86.7%,对照组改善率63.7%,两组改善率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生存质量量表EORTC-QLQ-SF-36调查问卷评分比较,治疗躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、物理症状及整体健康状况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而认知功能、社会功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应比较,治疗组不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪泻白散结合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌能改善临床证候、减轻不良反应、提高生活质量、延长生存期。Objective ： To investigate the effect of Shenqi Xiebai powder combined with chemotherapy for survival quality of advanced non- small-cell lung cancer. Methods ：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,30 cases in each group. The control group was given TP chemotherapy. The treatment group was given additional Shenqi Xiebai powder based on the control group, 28d as 1 course. Observe the syndromes change, adverse reactions and life quality evaluation using EOTRC-QLQ-SF-36 questionnaire score after treatment. Results：The improvement rate was 63.7% and 86.7% in treatment group. Compared the two groups, the differ- ence was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared the life quality scale EORTC-QLQ-SF-36 questionnaire score, the treatment group was better than the control group in physical function, role function, emotional function, physical symptoms and overall health sta- tus. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. But cognitive function and social function had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The adverse reaction in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Shenqi Xiebai powder combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce adverse reactions, improve life quality and prolong the survival time.
