养阴润肺方治疗慢性咳嗽的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴润肺方治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将96例慢性咳嗽患者按随机数字表单盲法分为治疗组48例和对照组48例,治疗组予中药养阴润肺方治疗,对照组予以复方可待因口服溶液和头孢克洛胶囊治疗。2周为1个疗程,观察中医证候积分变化情况,并评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为93.70%,对照组有效率为71.11%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候总积分、咳嗽症状积分较治疗前减少(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后咳嗽症状积分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:养阴润肺方治疗慢性咳嗽疗效良好。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Yangyin Runfei prescription in the treatment of chronic cough. Methods： 96 patients with chronic cough were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine Yangyin Runfei prescription. The control group was given compound codeine phosphate o- ral solution and cefaclor capsules, two weeks as one course of treatment. Then observe the TCM syndrome integration changes and evalu- ate the clinical efficacy. Results：The effective rate was 93.7% in treatment group and 71.11% in control group. Compared the effective rate in two groups, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0 05 ）. The TCM syndromes integration and cough symptom integration in treatment group were decreased compared with before（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The cough symptom integration in treatment group was Xower than that in control group after treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Yangyin Runfei prescription in the treatment of chronic cough has good effect.
