摘　　要：目的:探讨国家名老中医张东岳教授辨证治疗便秘的经验。方法:从津液不足证、气机郁滞证、脾肾两虚证、燥热内结证、血虚肠燥证五种证型进行论治,并结合典型病例总结张东岳教授辨治便秘的理法方药。结果:张东岳教授运用滋阴养血,增液润肠;升清降浊,理气行滞;补脾益肾,培元通便;清热泻火,苦寒泻下;补血养血,润肠通便等五法治疗便秘。结论:张东岳教授治疗便秘疗效确切。Objective：To investigate the experience by Professor Zhang Dongyue in the treatment of constipation. Methods：Summarize the prescription of Professor Zhang in treating constipation from five syndrome types of body fluid deficiency syndrome, qi stagnation syn- drome, asthenia of both the spleen and kidney, dryness-heat stagnating in the interior, blood deficiency and intestine dryness combined with typical cases. Results ： Professor Zhang uses five methods in the treatment of constipation. Conclusion ： The curative effect of Profes- sor Zhang Dongyue in treating constipation is exactly.
