摘  要:目的:观察参葛颗粒对实验性糖尿病大鼠视网膜超微结构的影响。方法:腹腔注射四氧嘧啶制备糖尿病大鼠模型,按随机数字表单盲法分为模型组、治疗组及对照组,每组各11只,另取10只为正常组。对照组以羟苯磺酸钙(175 mg.kg-1)灌服,每日1次;治疗组以参葛颗粒(7.5 g.kg-1)灌服,每日1次;正常组、模型组以生理盐水2 mL灌服,每日1次。观察各组大鼠血糖、尿糖及电镜下视网膜超微结构的变化。结果:糖尿病大鼠血糖、尿糖始终高于正常组(P<0.05),其中模型组最高,治疗组最低。电镜下,模型组随着病程的延长,糖尿病大鼠视网膜神经细胞中凋亡细胞随之增多,神经胶原细丝形状、神经原纤维结构排列分散紊乱呈逐渐加重的趋势。治疗组大鼠视网膜超微结构的改变与模型组相比,明显改善。结论:参葛颗粒能有效调控糖尿病大鼠血糖水平,改善其视网膜超微结构的病变。Objective : To observe the influence of shenge granule on retinal ultrastructure in experimental diabetic rats. Methods : Model of diabetes rat were induced by alloxan with intraperitoneal injection, and then randomly divided them into model group ( 11 rats, noimal sa- line,2 mL), treatment group ( 11 rats, shenge granule, 7.5 g . kg-1 ) and control group ( 11 rats, calcium dobesilate treatment, 175 mg. kg-1 ) ,and normal group( 10 rats,normal saline,2 mL) ,once a day. Changes of blood sugar,urine sugar and the retinal ultra- structure of rats were observed under electron microscope. Results:The blood sugar, urine sugar in diabetic rats were higher than that of normal group(P 〈 0.05 ) ,the model group were the highest, treatment group were the lowest. Under electron microscope, nerve cells of the retina of diabetic rats in model group, apoptosis cells increased, glial filament shape, nerve fiber structure arranged dispersedly and mussily, showed a trend of gradually increasing, retinal ultrastructure of rats in treatment group significantly improved compared with the model group. Conclusion:Shenge granule can effectively control blood sugar levels in diabetic rats, improve the retinal ultrastructure.
