摘　　要：目的:分析影响喜炎平注射剂安全性的相关因素。方法:采用计算机检索的方法,对2002年1月至2012年1月喜炎平注射剂相关文献进行收集整理,运用频数、率、百分比进行数据的统计描述。结果:共收集文献37篇,合格32篇,病例数195例。分析显示影响因素为年龄、治疗疾病情况、给药方案、用药时间、配伍和剂量等。结论:影响喜炎平注射剂安全性的因素较多,临床中应加深对喜炎平注射剂致不良反应规律和特点的认识,加强用药监测,减少不良反应的发生。Objective ：To analyze on the security related factors of xiyanping injection. Methods：With computer search method, the litera- tures concerning the xiyanping injection from January 2002 to January 2012 years were collected. The frequency, rate and percentage were used to identify the statistical description of the data. Results ： A total of 37 documents were collected, in which 32 were qualified ones, including 195 cases. Analysis showed that the impact factors were age ,disease treatment ,dosage regimen, medication time ,combi- nations and doses, etc. Conclusion： There are lots of factors that influence the security of xiyanping injection. Therefore, the regularities and characteristics of adverse reaction caused by xiyanping injection should be deeply understood in clinical work. Monitoring of drug use should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
