中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征(PCS)的临床疗效。方法:将138例患者按随机数字表单盲法分为治疗组70例和对照组68例。对照组口服利胆醇胶丸及吗丁啉片,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用自拟利胆和胃汤(柴胡10 g,黄芩10 g,枳壳10 g,姜半夏12 g,陈皮10 g,茯苓12 g,茵陈40 g,金钱草30 g,郁金12 g,鸡内金10 g,白术15 g,焦三仙各10 g,炒莱菔子10 g,甘草3 g)治疗。结果:对照组有效率为77.94%,治疗组有效率为97.14%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征疗效确切。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine after cholecystectomy syndrome（PCS）. Methods ：138 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 70 cases and control group of 68 cases. The control group oral Lidan alcohol capsule and domperidone tablets,the treatment group was treated by the gallbladder and stomach soup on the basis of the control group（ehaihu 10 g, huangqin 10 g,zhiqiao 10 g,jiangbanxia 12 g,ehenpi 10 g,fuling 12 g,yinehen 40 g,jinqianeao 30 g,yujin 12 g,jineijin 10 g,baizhu 15 g,jiaosanxian 10 g,chaolaifuzi 10 g,gancao 3 g） treatment. Results：In the control group was 77.94% ,the effective rate of treatment group was 97.14% , the two groups ,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion：The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of posteholecystectomy syndrome curative effect.
