摘　　要：目的:系统回顾近年来对膝关节化脓性关节炎治疗的方法,并探讨其作用机理。方法:综述近年来膝关节化脓性关节炎各种治疗方法的最新研究进展。结果:膝关节化脓性关节炎的治疗应根据病情分期的不同,选择恰当的治疗方案,有利于病情的治疗。结论:中西医结合疗法在膝关节化脓性关节炎的治疗中具有明显优势。Objective ： Make a systematic review of the treatment of pyogemc arthritis of knee to explore its mechanism. Method ： Review the latest research progress of the treatment for pyogemc arthritis of knee in recent years. Results：The pyogemc arthritis of knee treat- ment should select the appropriate treatment program depending on the disease stage so as to conducive to the recovery of the disease. Conclusion：Integrated Chinese-western therapy in the treatment of pyogemc arthritis of knee has obvious advantages.
