五倍子散敷脐配合耳穴贴压治疗脑中风后尿失禁临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察五倍子散敷脐配合耳穴贴压治疗脑中风后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:将112例脑中风后尿失禁患者按随机数字表单盲法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各56例。除常规神经内科治疗外,对照组嘱患者练习提肛运动等康复训练,治疗组采用五倍子散敷脐结合耳穴贴压治疗。治疗3个疗程后观察其临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为96.42%,对照组有效率为67.85%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:五倍子散敷脐配合耳穴贴压治疗脑中风后尿失禁疗效显著,无痛苦及不良反应,患者易于接受。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of wubeizi powder combined with ear acupoint pressure in the treatment of urinary in- continence after cerebral paralysis. Methods ：112 patients with urinary incontinence were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method ,56 cases in each group. The control group was given rehabilitation training besides routine nerve treatment. The treatment group was given wubeizi powder combined with ear acupoint pressure in the treatment of urinary inconti- nence after cerebral paralysis. Observe the clinical curative effect after 3 course of treatment. Results ：The effective rate was 96.42% in treatment group and 67.85% in control group. Compared the effective rate in two groups ,the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Wubeizi powder combined with ear acupoint pressure in the treatment of urinary incontinence after cerebral paralysis has obvious therapeutic effect with no pain and adverse reactions, patients are easy to accept.
