摘　　要：针对目前军队院校普遍开展的学员创新实践活动,总结了开展该项活动的积极作用,提出了开展学员创新实践活动的实施步骤和重点工作,对如何持续开展学员创新实践活动进行了深入思考。In the light of military academies widely actualizing innovation practice for undergraduates at present, the paper summarizes the positive effect of developing such practices, and puts forward the process and keystones of carrying out such activities. At last, the paper lucubrates how to actualize the innovation practice continually.
