摘　　要：为提高学生的创新能力,在教学实践中,结合分子生物学实践环节课程设置特点和学生就业实际情况,逐步探索建立培养学生创新能力的评估体系,该体系包括评估方法、评估内容和评估标准三个部分。评估体系能客观和公正地反映学生分子生物学实践环节的创新能力,为就业打下坚实的基础。To improve students innovation capability, our department gradually established the evalu- ation system in the teaching practice based on the characteristics of practice of molecular biology and actual student employment conditions. The system includes evaluation methods, contents and stand- ards. It can objectively and fairly reflect students innovation capability and lay a solid foundation for employment.
