理疗结合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察应用综合疗法对神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法 150例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组75例给予常规治疗,治疗组75例在对照组基础上给予综合治疗(牵引+针刺+中频电)。结果 2组总有效率分别为82.7%、98.7%,治疗组效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of comprehensive therapy in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Totally 150 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group of 75 cases. Patients in the control group received conventional therapy, and patients in the treatment group were given a comprehensive therapy （traction ＋ acupuncture ＋ medium frequency electricity）. Results The total effective rate was 82.7% and 98.7%, respectively. The treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Physical therapy combined with acupuncture have a good effect in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and is worthy of clinical application.
