摘　　要：基于GIS公共服务平台构建项目管理信息系统进行探讨,以期实现对相关日常业务的信息化管理,转变效率低下、工作量大的人工管理方式;通过将土地开发复垦整理项目与建设用地审批项目挂钩,为年度新增建设占用耕地"占补平衡"管理和耕地总量动态平衡管理提供建设思路和方法,使之形成业务一体化和图文一体化的综合管理信息系统。Construction of management information system based on GIS public service platlorm can reanze information management of day--to--day business, transfer the model of manual management with low efficiency and heavy workload. Through connecting land development and reclamation projects with the approval of construction using land, new ideas and methods can be provided for keeping the balance between occupation and compensation of newly increased construction using land, and dynamic balance management of total agricultural land. Thus, integrated management information system of business integration and graphics integration can be formed.
