乳腺恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的MRI诊断(附3例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨MRI对乳腺恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(MFH)的诊断价值。材料与方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的3例乳腺恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床资料及MRI影像学特征。结果 3例MFH肿块均较大,均有囊变、坏死,肿瘤在T1WI上均呈低信号,在T2WI上均呈不均匀高、低、等混杂信号;3例于T2WI上肿瘤内显示低信号分隔样结构。结论 MRI对乳腺恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的诊断具有重要价值,但是确诊需要手术及病理检查。Objective： To probe the value of MRI diagnosis of malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the breast. Materials and Methods： The MR findings and clinical data of 3 cases with the malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the breast by operation and pathology were reviewed retrospectively. Results： The 3 tumors were large, on MRI, all tumors showed low signal intensity on Tl-weighted images. On T2-weighted images, tumors displayed inhomogeneous high, low, and mix signal intensity. Necrosis or myxoid degeneration were seen in all 3 cases. Low intense septum structurew as noted on T2-weighted images in 3 patients. Conclusions： MRI has the important diagnosis value in the malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the breast. The confirmed diagnosis of malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the breast must be depended on the operation and pathology.
