诠释学文本内部循环下的炙甘草汤方义探讨

摘　　要：通过比较《伤寒论》第21条与第177条原文的异同,探讨炙甘草汤的适用证候及配伍意义。基于诠释学文本内部循环方法分析,炙甘草汤药物组成应该分为:桂枝去芍药汤和滋阴养血两部分,其主要功用是"通阳养血"。To study the syndromes and compatibility significance of Zhigancao Decoction by comparing the similarities and differ- ences between the 21st and 177th original text of Treatise on. Cold Damage Dieseases. Based on text internal circulation method of hermeneutics, drugs of Zhigancao Decoction should be divided into two parts： Guizhi Queshaoyao Decoction and drugs nourishing yin-blood, whose main ffmction is to dredging yang and nourishing blood.
