摘 要:目的研究木瓜醇提取物对实验性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用及其机制。方法采用四氯化碳诱导小鼠急性肝损伤,采用卡介苗(BCG)加脂多糖(LPS)诱导小鼠免疫性肝损伤,检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性,以及肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,并进行病理学检查。结果木瓜醇提取物各剂量组血清ALT、AST活性明显降低,肝组织匀浆中SOD水平升高,MDA含量降低,肝组织病理损伤程度减轻(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论木瓜醇提取物对急性肝损伤和免疫性肝损伤小鼠有保护作用,其作用机制可能与抗脂质过氧化有关。Objective To study the protective effect and mechanism of alcohol extracts of Chaenomeles on experimental hepatic injury in mice. Methods Acute hepatic injury model was induced by injecting CC14 in mice, and the immunological hepatic injury model was induced in mice by injecting bacillus-calmette gazer in (BCG) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) . The activities of ALT and AST in serum, SOD and content of MDA in liver were investigated; and the histological changes of liver were observed. Results Chaenomeles decreased the activities of ALT and AST in mice with acute hepatic injury and immunological hepatic injury, increased the activity of SOD but lowered MDA in liver of mice with immunological hepatic injury, and relieved the histological injury of liver( P〈0.01, P〈0.05 ). Conclusion Chaenomeles has protective effect on acute and immunological hepatic injury in mice, the mechanisms of which may be related to its antioxidant activity.
