涉外水电工程总承包项目地质勘察实践与探索——以马来西亚沐若水电站EPC总承包项目为例

摘　　要：沐若水电站坝址位于热带雨林,地表露头极少,导致常规勘察方法难以实施,且因该工程为EPC合同项目,施工期已没有时间进行系统地质勘察与岩石力学试验,勘察、设计、施工基本平行进行。针对上述特点,为满足工程设计和施工要求,制订了以下勘察技术线路:工作准备→基础地质条件勘察研究→主要工程地质问题勘察研究→主要建筑物工程地质条件分析研究→施工中需要解决的具体工程地质问题的勘察研究。实践表明,该勘察方法可以很好地满足水电工程EPC合同项目对地质勘察工作的要求,对类似工程地质勘察工作具有一定的借鉴意义。For Murum Hydropower Station in Malaysia, the dam site is in tropical rainforest with few surface outcrops, so it is impossible to use conventional survey method and there is no time to pursue systematic survey and geotechnical experiments dur- ing the construction period because it is an EPC general contract program. The geological exploration work, design and construc- tion have to be proceeded in parallel. As a result, we proposed the following geological exploring thoughts： preparative work→ex- ploring for basic geological condition→exploration analysis of major geological problems→geological analysis for main structures→specific analysis for geological problems encountered in the construction period. The engineering practice shows that the proposed geological exploration thoughts can fulfill the requirements of the EPC general contract program abroad.
