摘  要:为满足复杂地质条件下射孔作业的需要,选择25g装药量的BH38RDX-46-89型射孔弹进行性能优化。运用微差法设计药型罩与装药结构,用数值模拟分析射流成型和侵彻,按设计配方进行打靶实验。优化后的89型大孔径射孔弹BH38RDX-46-89性能有显著提升,其穿钢靶孔径达到了16mm,穿深提高到了111mm,达到了大孔径深穿透的效果。实际应用表明该结构可以推广应用,该设计思路与采用的理论分析、结构设计仿真及试验相结合的优化设计方法对进一步研发系列大孔径深穿透射孔弹有着一定的指导参考意义。In order to meet the demand of perforation operation in complex geology environments,we carry out performance optimization of BH38RDX-46-89 perforating charge with 25 g explosive load. Through the theory analysis, the structures of liner and charge are designed with differential method. Then the jet formation and penetration in this structure are analyzed with numerical simulation. Finally, after designing the liner formulation, the experiment of target practice is conducted. The experimental results show that the performance of BH38RDX-46-89 hig hole perforating charge is greatly improved. Its perforation diameter to steel target reaches 16 mm and the penetration length increases to 111 ram, which achieves big diameter and deep penetration perforation effect. Practical applications indicate that this structure can be popularized in perforating charge design. The design thought, optimization design method which is comhining theoretical analyses with structural simulation and experiment in this study have some certain references and guidance to the further deep penetrating charge RgD.
