摘　　要：信息环境的变化促使国际编目界推进FRBR、ISBN、RDA等一系列标准的制订与更新。就新形势下的编目对象、编目层次、数据维护进行了具体的分析,并对编目员提出了转换思维、提高素质与研究新规则的要求。In the information environment change, International cataloging boundary develop and update the FRBR, ISBN, RDA and a series of cataloging standard. This paper concretely analyzes the cataloging object, cataloguing level and data maintenance in the new environment. Then the requirements of cataloguer to conversion thinking, improve the quality and research the new rules was put forward.
