摘  要:目的基于盐酸利多卡因作为共反应剂对钌联吡啶具有增敏作用,以带有柱端电化学发光(ECL)检测池的毛细管电泳(CE)法分离并测定盐酸利多卡因。方法首次采用星点设计-效应面法对毛细管电泳分离条件和电化学发光检测条件进行优化。结果在优化条件下,可于150s内快速进行盐酸利多卡因的分离检测,在0.8×10-8~1.2×10-4g/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系;检出限(3σ)为3ng/mL。结论该方法具有较高的选择性和灵敏度,样品处理简单快速,可用于盐酸利多卡因注射液及尿样的测定。Objective Based on the fact that lidocaine hydrochloride can increase tris (2, 2'-bipyridyl) ruthenium [-Ru(bpy)3 2+ ] electrochemiluminescence (ECL), a capillary electrophoresis method with end-column ECL detection was developed for the detection of lidocaine hydrochloride. Methods Central composite design was specially employed for optimizing electrophoretic and ECL variables. Results Under optimized conditions, lidocaine hydrochloride could be simultaneously determined in less than 150 seconds. ECL intensity was linear with the concentration of lidocaine hydr0chloride from 0.8 × 10-8 to 1.2 × 10-4 g/mL with a detection limit of 3 ng/mL (3δ). Conclusion The results indicate that the chemometric method can greatly simplify the optimization procedure and be successfully applied to the detection of lidocaine hydrochloride in pharmaceuticals and human urine.
