经济全球化条件下城市发展动力机制的新竞争经济学分析

摘　　要：在经济全球化背景下，城市发展的动力机制与以往时代相比，有了新的变化。本文主要从新竞争经济学的角度，论证了在经济全球化条件下，城市发展的新动力机制，指出培育城市的国际竞争优势产业是促使城市发展的根本动力，国际竞争优势产业也是使城市成为国际化城市、全球城市的根本保证。最后以上海为例，提出了培育城市新发展驱动力的战略措施。In economic globalization, the dynamics mechanism of urban development has changed compared with previous era. As to the view of new competitive economics, this paper has demonstrated the new dynamics mechanism of urban development. And the paper also indicates that it is the ultimate power of urban development to cultivate international competitive advantage's industries, so that the city will possibly become an international city or global city when a city is possessed of international competitive advantage. Finally, it puts forward the strategic policy to cultivate city's new developing dynamics in case of Shanghai city.
