摘  要:以提铁后水淬二次渣为主要原料,通过胶结充填的强度试验、硬化胶凝材料浆体的红外光谱分析、差热分析、能谱分析以及微观结构的扫描电镜观察,研究了以脱硫石膏和电石渣为主激发剂,Na2SO4及水泥熟料作为辅助激发剂时,水淬二次镍渣的水化过程和产物的微观结构。结果表明:水淬二次镍渣是一种含有玻璃相与结晶态物质的充填原料,在多种激发剂的作用下,能够参与水化反应,且主要水化产物为钙矾石以及含Ca2+、Mg2+的水化硅(铝)酸盐凝胶物质CaO.(0.9–3.6)MgO.(1.2–3)SiO2.(0.25–0.5)Al2O3.(0.25–0.5)Na2O.nH2O(C–M–S–H);水化硅(铝)酸盐凝胶物质,是充填料后期水化强度的主要来源。Effects of main stimulators (i.e., flue gas desulfurization gypsum and carbide slag) and auxiliary stimulators (i.e., Na2SO4 and cement clinker) on the hydration process and microstructure of water-granulated secondary nickel slag were investigated via the measurement of filling material strength, infrared spectroscopic analysis and thermal analysis of hardened cementitious material, and microstructure observation as well. The results indicate that water-granulated secondary nickel slag, stimulated by several stimulators, is consisted of glass phases and crystals that hydrate into ettringite and alluminosilicate gel with Ca^2+, Mg^2+. The gel was CaO·(0.9–3.6)MgO·(1.2–3)SiO2·(0.25–0.5)Al2O3·(0.25–0.5)Na2O·nH2O (C–M–S–H), which contributed to later hydration strength of filling material.
