摘 要:采用微波水热法,通过控制反应时间合成了斜方相的片状Bi2MoO6微晶。通过X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜和紫外–可见光谱分别对产物的物相、形貌和光学性能进行分析,研究了水热反应时间对所制备的Bi2MoO6微晶的光催化活性的影响。结果表明:微波水热条件下,反应温度为160℃时,反应时间仅为10 min即可得到片状Bi2MoO6微晶,随着反应时间的延长,Bi2MoO6微晶片状尺寸有所增加。所制备的样品对可见光有一定的吸收;在160℃,60min的条件下合成的Bi2MoO6微晶,在1kW氙灯照射160min对罗丹明B的降解率达到了99%,显示了其优良的可见光催化性能。The orthorhombic sheet Bi2MoO6 crystallites were prepared by a microwave hydrothermal method. The phase, morphology and optical properties of the as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy and ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) spectroscopy, respectively. The effect of reaction time on the photocatalytic activity of the prepared samples was investigated. The results show that the Bi2MoO6 crystallites can be obtained at the reaction temperature of 160 ℃ for 10 min, and the size of the Bi2MoO6 crystallites sheet increases with the increase of the microwave hydrothermal duration, and the Bi2MoO6 crystallites exhibited a certain absorption in visible-light. Under the 1 kW Xe lamp irradiation, the Bi2MoO6 crystallites synthesized at 160 ℃ for 60 min, the degradation rate for rhodamine B within 160 min reached 99%, showing superior visible-light photocatalytic properties.
