摘 要:由于黄铜合金在连续挤压过程中成形模具工作载荷较大,所以在产品截面积相等的条件下,降低黄铜合金成形载荷具有重要意义。对截面积相同而宽厚比不同的两种H62黄铜产品的成形载荷进行了测试,分别获得了压实轮、挡料块和腔体的载荷。测试结果表明:产品的宽厚比越大,成形载荷也越大,尤其是挡料块载荷和腔体载荷升高明显。因此,为了提高工装模具的寿命,必须选用相同截面积而宽厚比小的产品形状。研究成果能为连续挤压成形产品形状的选用提供重要的理论基础。As the working load of the forming die for the brass alloy during continuous extrusion is bigger,reducing forming load of brass alloy has great significance under the conditions of the same cross-sectional area of products. The forming loads of two kinds of H62 products with different width-thickness ratio under the conditions of the same cross-sectional area were tested, and the loads of compacting roll, abutment and cavity were obtained. Testing results show that the greater the width-thickness ratio of the product is, the larger the forming load is, especially the loads of abutment and cavity increase significantly. Therefor in order to improve the die life, the product shape with small width-thickness ratio and the same cross-sectional area must be selected. The research results can provide an important theoretical basis for choosing product shape during continuous extrusion.
