摘 要:通过坐标变换和变量代换法建立了斜轧锥形辊穿孔机轧辊开度值的数学模型。利用MATLAB软件,研究了送进角与辗轧角变化对沿轧制线方向不同位置的轧辊开度值的影响。结果表明:轧辊孔型开度值随着送进角增大而增大,在同一送进角下,轧辊孔型开度值沿轧制线方向呈非线性变化,随辗轧角增大而增大;在同一辗轧角下,轧辊孔型开度值沿轧制线方向由非线性向线性变化。这能为穿孔机轧辊与顶头锥角设计和工艺参数调整提供理论依据。The mathermatical model of the roll opening value of skew rolling conical roll piercer was established by coordinate transformation and variable substitution. The influences of the feed angle and cross angle on the roll opening value in different postions along rolling line were researched with MATLAB software: The results show that the roll opening value increases with feed angle increasing, and at the same feed angle, roll opening value along the rolling line direction change is nonlinear, and it increases with the cross angle increasing;at the same cross angle, roll opening value along the rolling line direction changeis from nonlinear to linear. These can provide a theoretical basis for the design of roll and cone angle of plug and the adjustment of process parameters.
