摘 要:利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、拉伸试验机、冲击试验机、硬度计等设备分析了CSP工艺生产的30CrMo带钢热处理前后的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,30CrMo带钢连铸连轧组织由铁素体+珠光体组成,淬火后的显微组织为板条马氏体+针状马氏体,淬火和低温回火后显微组织为回火马氏体。30CrMo带钢连铸连轧态的硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度分别为25.6 HRC、1074 MPa、1032 MPa;淬火后硬度升高至52 HRC;在淬火+低温回火后,30CrMo带钢硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度分别为50.5 HRC、1402 MPa、1320 MPa。The microstructure and mechanical properties of 30CrMo strip steel produced by CSP were analyzed by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy, tensile testing, impact testing and hardness testing. The results show that the microstructure of continuous casting and rolling 30CrMo steel consists of ferrite and pearlite, the microstructure of quenched 30CrMo steel is composed up ofacicular martensite and lath martensite. The microstructure of quenched and low temperature tempered 30CrMo steel is tempered martensite. The hardness, tensile strength and yield strength of the continuous casting and rolling 30CrMo steel are 25.6 HRC, 1074 MPa, 1032 MPa, respectively; the hardness after quenching increases to 52 HRC; the hardness, tensile strength and yield strength after quenching and low temperature tempering are 50.5 HRC, 1402 MPa and 1320 MPa respectively.
