摘　　要：雅克拉凝析气田位于新疆塔里木盆地,气藏具有埋藏深(5000～6000 m)、地层压力高(56～58.00 MPa)、温度高(146～150℃)、腐蚀环境复杂(高CO2、高Cl-、低PH、低H2S)等特点,单井高压集输管线采用抗腐蚀的06Cr13不锈钢管材。本文从06Cr13不锈钢性能、材料及其焊接性能出发,介绍了06Cr13不锈钢管材焊接技术及其要求,确保使高压集输管线用06Cr13钢管的焊接性能指标满足设计要求,确保高压集输管线后期正常运行。Yakela gas condensate field is located in Xinjiang Tarim Basin. The reservoir property belongs to high depth （5000-6000 m）, high pressure （56-58 MPa）, high temperature （146-150℃） and complex corrosion environment （high CO2, high Cl-, low pH, low H2S）. Single well pressure pipeline adopts 06Crl 3 stainless steel pipe with high corrosion resistance. From the point of 06Crl3stainless steel properties, material and welding performance, 6Cr13 stainless steel pipe welding process and welding technical requirements were introduced, which can ensure that the welding indexes of 06Cr13 steel pipe used in high pressure pipeline meet the design requirements, and ensure that the high-pressure pipelines normally operate in later.
