摘 要:针对曲面U型件在弯曲过程中表面刮痕、塑性压痕、曲面侧壁皱曲问题,设计了一种在板料流入凹模过程中用滚动摩擦代替滑动摩擦和凹模尺寸可以调节的结构。通过多滚轮的点接触成形来逼近曲边形状,达到了提高弯曲件表面质量,增加结构柔性和实现曲面U型件弯曲的目的,并给出了具体的模具结构和设计要点。Aimming at the problems of surface qualities for curve U-type part forming such as surface shear marks, plastic indentation and curve sidewall wrinkling, a die structure was designed by rolling friction method instead of sliding friction and adjustable die dimension in the process of metal sheet inflowing into die. Through multipoints contact of multirollers to approach demand curve, its purpose--improving surface qualities of curve U-type bending parts, enhancing die structure flexibility and realizing curve U-type bending--was reached. The concrete die structure and corresponding design keypoints were presented.
