摘　　要：机械中的U型零件常用冲压的方法加工,但这种零件的卸料问题一直是加工中的难题。针对这个问题,通过多次现场实验,巧妙地设计了一种倒装装置。在实际生产中取得了很好的效果,并大大提高了生产效率。The U-shaped pieces in machinery are manufactured with a commonly stamping method, but its unloading problem has been a difficulty in machining. Aiming at the problem, through several actual experiments, a set upside down device was designed skillfully. The very good results are achieved in the production, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
