痤疮患者经异维A酸系统治疗后外周血CD14^+单核细胞TLR2的表达变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨Toll样受体2(Toll like receptor 2,TLR2)在寻常痤疮发病中的作用及异维A酸治疗痤疮的部分抗炎机制。方法:应用流式细胞术检测35例痤疮患者经异维A酸治疗前后外周血CD14+单核细胞TLR2的表达,并与对照组25例健康人进行比较。结果:未经治疗的痤疮患者外周血CD14+单核细胞TLR2表达明显高于对照组(t=10.63,P<0.01),治疗后TLR2的表达与对照组无明显差异(t=1.73,P>0.05)。结论:TLR2的表达与痤疮的发病相关;异维A酸治疗后可明显减少外周血CD14+单核细胞TLR2的表达,从而抑制炎症反应的发生。Objective：To explore the expression of Toll like receptor 2 （TLR2） in the patients with aene vulgaris. Methods：Flow eytometry was performed to detect the expression of TLR2 on peripheral blood CD14 ＋ monocytes in 35 cases of patients with aene vulgaris before and after sys- temic isotretinoin treatment and 25 normal person as control. Results：The expression of TLR2 on peripheral blood CD14 ＋ monocytes in patients untreated was significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, while there was no statistical difference between the expression of TLR2 in the group of treated and control（ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ：The expression of TLR2 is related to the sit- uation of aene; isotretinoin significantly decreases the expression of TLR-2 on peripheral blood CD14 ＋ monocytes.
