摘 要:目的人三叶因子3(human trefoil factor 3,hTFT3)是一种具有胃肠黏膜修复和保护作用的小分子多肽,文中利用生物信息学在线软件预测hTFF3基因启动子功能。方法获取hTFF3基因启动子全长序列,利用多种在线相关软件预测出CpG岛及转录因子结合部位。结果 hTFF3基因序列全长为2295 bp,核苷酸数据库(GenBank)登录号为AB038162.1。hTFF3启动子存在于非编码区上游1500bp内,启动子序列中未发现CpG岛,启动子区共发现204个转录因子。结论生物信息学在线软件能预测hTFF3基因启动子功能,提高了针对启动子的研究效率。Objective Human trefoil factor 3 (hTFT3) is a low molecular weight polypeptide with protection and repair func- tion of the gastrointestinal mucosa. The aim of the present study was to predict the function of the promoter region of hTFF3 using online bioinformatics tools. Methods The promoter sequence of hTFF3 was obtained from Genbank, and the CpG islands and transcription factor binding sites were predicted by CpG Island, CpGPlot, Promoter 2.0, Neural Network Promoter Prediction, Promoter SCAN and AliBaba 2.1. Results The full length of the hTFF3 geue sequence, GenBank AB038162.1, was 2295 bp. 1500 bp around tran- seriptional start site might be promoter regions, and the CpG islands didn't exist in the promoter region of hTFF3. In addition, total 204 transeription factor binding sites were found. Conclusion Gene promoter related bioinformatics can improve the efficieney of gene promoter research, and provide signifieant information for the prediction of gene promoter funetion.
