某医科大学教学管理人员主观幸福感现状调查

摘　　要：目的主观幸福感是评价个体生活质量的重要心理指标,主观幸福感研究已成为国内外研究的热点。文中通过了解医学院校教学管理人员主观幸福感的现状及影响因素,为提高教学管理人员主观幸福感提供科学依据。方法使用主观幸福感问卷和自编的自述幸福感测试题目对某医科大学的103名教学管理人员进行调查。结果某医科大学教学管理人员主观幸福感平均分为(3.90±1.67)分,自述幸福感平均分为(6.22±1.94)分。在整体生活满意度上,45岁以上、已婚、专科及以下、高级职称、5年及以下工龄的教学管理人员均高于其他组;在正性情感上,45岁以上、研究生、无职称和初级职称、15年以上工龄的教学管理人员均高于其他组;在负性情感上,35岁以下、本科、中级职称的教学管理人员均高于其他组。在自述幸福感上,女性、45岁以上、已婚、专科及以下的教学管理人员均高于其他组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学院校教学管理人员主观幸福感处于中等水平。性别、年龄、婚姻状况、学历、职称、工龄等人口学变量对主观幸福感有重要影响。Objective Subjective well-being （SWB） is an important psychological index of an individual~ quality of life, and has become the focus of research at home and abroad. The aim of this study was to investigate the SWB of the teaching administrators in a medical university, and provide some reference for improving their SWB. Methods We conducted an investigation on SWB among 103 teaching administrators of a medical university using the Satisfaction With Life Scale and self-designed questions about avowed happi ness （AVH）. Results The average scores on SWB and AVH of the teaching administrators were 3.90 ± 1.67 and 6.22 ± 1.94, re spectively. The total life satisfaction scores in those aged ≥45 years, married, graduating from secondary specialized schools and below, with senior professional titles, or with ≤5 years of service were higher than in other groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, so were the positive emotion scores in those aged ≥45 years, with Master;s or Deetor＇s degree, with junior or no professional rifles, or with ≥15 years of service （P 〈 0.05）, and the negative emotion scores in those aged ≤35 years, graduating from colleges, or with medium professional titles （P 〈 0.05 ）. The AVH scores in females or those aged ≥45 years, married, graduating from secondary specialized schools and below were also higher than in others （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The SWB of the teaching administrators in the medical university was at the middle level in China, and it was influenced by gender, age, marriage status, education, professional titles, and service time.
