摘　　要：目的研究RhDel型与RhC抗原之间的相关性,为临床鉴别RhDel型提供一种更为简便的方法。方法收集137份样本,血清学方法检测Rh抗原,吸收放散实验鉴定RhDel型,PCR-SSP技术检测RHD1227多态性。结果 137例RhDel型样本中,RhC抗原阳性比例为84.67%(116/137),RhDel型与RhC抗原具有显著的相关性(P<0.05)。RHD1227A等位基因在Rh-Ccee和RhCCee表型所占的比例分别为65.52%(76/116)和18.10%(21/116)。结论 RhDel个体与RhC阳性表型具有相关性,将RhC表型检测和RHD1227A联合检测用于RhDel型的鉴定,是一种临床可行的方法。Objective To study the correlation between the RhDel and RhC antigens,in order to provide a more convenient method for clinical diagnosis of RhDel. Methods Totally 137 samples were collected. The Rh antigens, RhDel and RHD 1227 polymorphisms were detected by serological methods, absorption experiment and PCR -SSP technique respectively. Results In 137 RhDel samples,the rate of RhC was 84.67% （116/137）. There was significant correlation between RhDel and RhC antigen（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The proportions of RHD1227A allele in the RhCcee and RhCCee were 65.52% （76/116） and 18.10% （21/116） respectively. Conclusion There was cor- relation between RhDel and RhC positive individual. The combined detection of RhC and RHD1227A to identify the RhDel is a practical method in clinic.
