摘　　要：针对2 080t/h亚临界压力褐煤锅炉,结合实例介绍了系统配置,热力系统、制粉和燃烧系统的设计要点,分析了褐煤锅炉设计时需要重点考虑的问题。实践表明:该锅炉最大连续蒸发量和效率均超过保证值,NOx排放质量浓度低于环保要求值。Aiming at a 2 080 t/h subcritical pressure lignite boiler, an introduction is being presented to the system configuration, together with a description to design essentials for the thermodynamic, pulverizing and combustion system, and a discussion on problems that need to be emphasized when designing a lignite-fired boiler, in combination with an example. Practices show that both the maximum continuous evaporation capacity and the efficiency of the boiler exceed the guaranteed values, and the mass concentration of NOx emission is lower than the value required by environmental protection.
