摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化(As)是心脑血管疾病中最常见的一种病理特征,常导致管腔闭塞或管壁破裂出血而危及生命。人白细胞分化抗原40(CD40)及其配体(CD40L)通过多种形式参与As的发生,其激活相关炎性细胞及血小板从而促进其他炎性因子释放,诱导基质金属蛋白酶表达等,并引起斑块不稳定及血栓形成。CD40L可作为心血管事件的预测因子,阻断CD40/CD40L系统,可以减轻炎性反应,延缓As的发生及发展,起到一定程度的预防作用。Atherosclerosis is the most common pathological feature of cardiovascular disease,often leads to vessels occlusion and rupture, endangering human life. C1）40 and CDno ligand（ CD40 L） participate athero- sclerosis through various forms, activate inflammatory cells and platelets which can promote the release of oth- er inflammatory eytokines and induce expression of matrix metalloproteinases and finally cause unstable plaque and thrombosis. CD40 L can be used as a predictor for cardiovascular events, inhibition of CD40/CD40 L system can reduce inflammation,retard atherosclerosis playing a certain degree of preventive role.
