摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是一种妇科常见病、多发病,其主要表现为痛经和继发性不孕,且复发率高,严重影响妇女的生殖健康及生活质量,但其确切的病因至今不明,仍是妇产科领域的难题。许多研究认为其发病机制是多因素、多基因共同作用的结果。随着研究的深入,EMs具有的与恶性肿瘤类似的侵袭和转移能力也引起了广泛关注,异位内膜侵袭与肿瘤转移相关基因表达的研究随之成为研究热点。Endometriosis（ EMs ） is a kind of common gynecological disease, the main manifestations of which are dysmenorrhea and secondary infertility, and its high recurrence rate impacts on the women＇s reproduc- tive health and quality of life seriously, but the exact etiology is unknown so far. Many studies suggest that the pathogenesis is a result of multiple factors and multiple genes. With the development of the research, EMs ability to invasion and metastasis like tumor cells has caused wide concern,and the research on cctopic endometrium invasion and the tumor metastasis associated genes expression has become a hotspot.
