心理疗法对老年心力衰竭患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探索心理疗法对老年心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选取2009年2月至2011年2月来解放军第三二三医院干一科接受老年心力衰竭治疗的患者100例,随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用传统药物治疗方法;观察组在传统药物治疗的基础上给予心理疗法。应用SPSS 13.0统计学软件对两组间临床疗效进行比较分析。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(90.0%vs 64.0%),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年心力衰竭患者在传统药物治疗的基础上给予心理护理疗法,可以有效地提高临床疗效,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological care on elderly patients with heart failure. Methods 100 patients who came to the 323rd Hospital of PLA to treat the heart failure during Feb. 2009 and Feb. 2011 were selected and dit, ided randomly into the control group and the observation group ,50 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional medicine therapy while the observation group was given psychological care on the basis of traditional medicine therapy. Then the clinical outcomes were com- pared statistically by the SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（90.0% vs 64.0% ） ,the difference was statistically signifi- cant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological care combined with traditional medicine therapy in treat- ment of elderly patients with heart failure is reliable and has the clinical application value.
