摘　　要：目的探讨男性甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)患者治疗前后血清性激素及甲状腺激素水平变化及临床意义。方法选取2010年12月至2011年12月长江大学附属第一医院内分泌科收治的46例甲亢男性患者,采用免疫放射分析法测定患者治疗前后血清性激素及甲状腺激素水平,并与对照组(健康体检者)进行比较。结果甲亢组患者治疗前血清甲状腺激素水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后甲状腺激素水平与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);甲亢组患者治疗前血清睾酮和雌二醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后血清睾酮和雌二醇水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,血清性激素水平与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲亢男性患者体内甲状腺激素水平与性激素水平存在一定关系。Objective To explore serum sexual hormone levels before and after treatment in male hyper- thyroidisms and its clinical significance. Methods 46 male hyperthyroidisms admitted by Changjiang Uni- versity First Affiliated Hospital from Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2011 were selected, whose serum sexual hormone lev- els before and after treatment and thyroid hormone levels were detected by immunoradiometric assay, and the results were compared with the control group （healthy control）. Results Before treatment, the serum thyroid hormone level of the hyperthyroidism group were different compared with the control group （ P〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Before treatment, the levels of testosterone and estradiol in the hyperthyroidism group were higher than that of the control group （P 〈 O, 05 ） ; while after treatment, they were lower than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, there were no significant differences between the control group and the hyperthyroidism group in serum sex hormones levels （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The levels of thyroid hormone in male hyperthyroidism are related to sexual hormone.
