钛质外科网并颈椎接骨板治疗脊髓型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨钛质外科网(钛网)并颈椎接骨板治疗脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)的疗效。方法对2006年1月至2010年7月于襄阳市中心医院行前路减压融合钛网植骨内固定术34例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,判断手术效果。结果随访10～24个月,平均18个月,34例患者颈椎生理曲度保护良好,植骨全部融合,椎间高度维持良好,临床症状获得不同程度的改善。结论钛网合并颈椎接骨板治疗CSM效果肯定。Objeelave To investigate the therapeutic etlect oF applying tnamum rete ano the anterior cervical plate system for cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods The clinical data of 34 cases with cervi- cal spondylotic myelopathy were collected from the Center Hospital of Xiangyang from Jan, 2006 to Jul. 2010 to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the operation with titanium rete and anterior eervical plate system. Results During the following up for 10 to 24 months（ average 18 months） , the physilogical curvature of the anterior spinal column and the height between vertebrae of the 34 patients were effectively maintained, and the fusions of the bones grafted Were satisfactory. The clinical symptoms were improved to different extent. Condusion The therapeutic effect is affirmative to apply the otitanium fete and the anterior cervical plate system for eervi- cal spondylotic myelopathy.
