温州市农村老年人生存质量对农村医疗服务需求的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解温州市农村老年人生存质量及对农村医疗服务需求的现状。方法:对温州市七个乡镇的340位老年人进行生活质量综合评定量表、农村医疗服务需求的测评并分析结果。结果:温州农村地区老年人生存质量总体水平显著低于城市老年人;空巢老人在生活质量的心理功能和社会功能维度得分上均显著低于非空巢老人;农村老年人对医疗服务项目都有较高的需求,但对农村医疗卫生服务的满意度相对较低。结论:建议政府加大对农村医疗卫生服务机构医疗设备的适当投入,以方便老年人到农村医疗机构就诊,促进农村卫生服务的发展,提高农村老年人的生活质量。To investigate the quality of life and medical service needs of rural elderly people in Wenzhou area. Methods： 340 ru- ral elderly people were sampled in Wenzhou area and investigated by GQOLI -74 questionnaire and medical service needs questionnaire. Results： The scores of quality of life of the rural elderly people were significantly lower than those of urban elderly people;the scores of the empty nest eld- erly were significantly lower than those of non - empty nest elderly in terms of mental health and social function. Medical service needs of rural eld- erly people are high, and satisfaction degree of medical service is low. Conclusion： to suggest government increase investment for medical equip- ment of rural medical service agencies, promote the development of rural medical service agencies and improve the level of quality of life a rural elderly people.
