广西乙类大型医用设备配置量测算分析

摘　　要：目的:提出一种适合我国欠发达地区的大型医用设备区域配置量的测算方法,并进行分析。方法:根据2010-2015年广西各地市的预测人口数和2008-2010年广西各地市各种大型医用设备拥有和使用情况,综合考虑社会经济发展、医改政策和医用服务需求的变化,采用服务需求法测算各地市每种大型医用设备的配置量。结果:2010-2015年广西5种乙类大型医用设备年均增长7.73%,与2005-2010年7.08%的年均增长大致相同。结论:该方法能够较好地反映区域的配置状态并预测未来的增长趋势,适合我国欠发达地区乙类大型医用设备区域配置量的测算。To find out a calculation method and formula for the area allocation quantity of large medical equipment. Methods： The method is used to measure allocation quantity of all kinds of equipment, which according to the predicted population, the possessive quantity and the service condition around the city of Guangxi. Resulls： The equipment configuration in theory accord with the actual demand. Conclusion： The method can better reflect regional configuration state and predict the future growth trend, especially suitable for underdeveloped areas in our country to measure area allocation quantity of large medical equipment type ]I ~
