摘　　要：对一案涉及多家医疗机构的医疗事故如何责任分配、如何划定人身损害等级,是现有医疗事故技术鉴定工作的难点。目前尚没有建立统一的鉴定标准,导致鉴定结论往往存在差异,不利于体现鉴定的科学性、公正性。通过对典型案例的解析、归类,提出统一鉴定标准的建议,增强鉴定的科学性和公信力。The case involves a number of medical institutions of medical malpractice and how the allocation of responsibilities, how to draw personal injury grade, are the existing Medical Malpractice difficulty. There is currently no established uniform identification standards, led to the i- dentification of the conclusions are differences,identification of science ,fairness is not conducive to embody. Typical Case,classified,the proposed uniform identification standards recommendations ,to enhance the identification of scientific and credibility.
