摘　　要：在全面分析我国企业标准文献管理工作现状和存在问题的基础上,应用SOA和Web Service技术成功研发了新型标准文献服务管理系统,实现了标准题录检索、标准文献传送、标准跟踪等多项特色功能,并在多家标准化技术机构推广应用,显著提升了标准文献服务的有效性和工作效率。研究表明,SOA技术可成功应用于标准文献服务管理系统,为企业和社会提供更快捷高效的知识服务。After fully analyzing working situation and existing problems in standards information management in China, a novel standards information service and management system based on Service-Oriented Architecture（SOA）and Web service technology has been successfully developed and widely applied in various standard-related institutions which are integrated some specific features such as standards title searching, standards documents transferring, standards tracking and other service ftmctions. It significantly improves working efficiency in standards information service. The research results show that SOA technology could be successfully applied to standards information service system as a powerful tool which will provide more effective standards service for enterprises and society.
