摘　　要：人才开发是产学研合作功能的拓展,通过产学研合作促进人才开发具有重要意义。研究了日本官产学合作促进人才开发路径,总结其人才引进、人才培养、人才流动、人才评价和人才激励机制,探讨其经验借鉴与启示。This paper considers the talents development is the function expansion of industry-university-research collaboration, and it is significant to promote the talent development through industry-university-research collaboration. This paper studies the path and typical mechanism of talent development through combination of official-industry-university of Japan, summarizes the mechanism of talent introduction, talent training, talent flow, talent assessment, talent incentive of combination of official-industry-university of Japan, and obtains the relevant experience and enlightenment from it.
