摘  要:目的:通过检测Galectin-3和MMP-9在胎膜早破孕妇胎膜中的表达及与胎膜早破的关系。方法:选择胎膜早破孕妇组50例,同期住院选择性剖宫产的正常妊娠妇女44例为对照组,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Galectin-3和MMP-9在两组中的表达。结果:Galectin-3和MMP-9在组织中均有表达,Galectin-3和MMP-9在胎膜早破组中表达程度更强,均明显高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);胎膜早破孕妇中Galectin-3和MMP-9的表达随着破膜时间的延长而增高,破膜时间超过24h Galectin-3和MMP-9升高更为明显。破膜时间超过24h与破膜时间为12-24h、小于12h两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。Galectin-3和MMP-9在胎膜早破组中的表达呈明显正相关性(r=0.474,P<0.05)。结论:Galectin-3和MMP-9能促进炎症发展,降解细胞外基质,在胎膜早破孕妇胎膜中呈高表达,可能共同作用导致胎膜早破的发生。Objective :. To explore the expression of Galectin-3 and matrix metaUoproteinase-9 { MMP- 9 } in fetal membranes of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes { PROM } , and their relationships with PROM. Method: 50 pregnant women being in hospital with PROM, and 44 normal pregnant with selective cesarean section as control group were recruited for study from the gynecology and obstetrics department of our hospital. Galectin-3 and MMP-9 in fetal membranes was detected by immunohisto-chem- istry S-P method. Result: The expression of Galectin-3 and MMP-9 in fetal membrane was higher in PROM group , significantly higher than those of control group { P〈0.05 }. With the longer the duration from rupture of membranes to delivery , the more serious chorioamnionitis was, expression of Galectin-3 and MMP -9 were much higher, especially over 24 hours{ P〈0.05 }. There was significant relativity between the ex- pression of Galectin-3 and MMP-9 in PROM (r=0.474, P 〈0.05}. Conclusion: Galectin-3 and MMP- 9 can degrade the extracellular matrix, promote the inflammation and may be the important triggering factor of PROM. Galectin-3 and MMP-9 are highly expressed in fetal membranes,which may effect PROM synergisticly.
