定期尿激酶封管对血液透析患者股静脉留置导管的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过定期应用尿激酶封管,延长股静脉留置导管的使用寿命,保证充分透析效果;提高了病人治疗质量和生活质量。方法:将32例股静脉留置导管患者随机分为尿激酶组和肝素组封管,每组16例,观察两组患者的透析充分性、血流量、导管留置时间、导管通畅率。结果:定期应用尿激酶封管组的透析充分性、血流量、导管留置时间、导管通畅率明显高于应用肝素封管组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:定期尿激酶封管能使导管通畅率增加,减轻病人经济负担及再次置管的痛苦。Objective ： In. order to improve the patient treatment quality and the quality of life,we used periodical urokinase sealed tube to extend the femoral vein indwelling catheter service life and assure dialysis effect. Method： Divided 32 patients with long-term hemodialysis into two groups at random, The urokinase sealed tube group, The heparin calium sealed tube group , 16 patients in each group. Observed the adequacy of dialysis, blood flow, catheter indwelling time and the rate of catheter unobstructed of patients. Result： The adequacy of dialysis, blood flow, catheter indwelling time and the rate of catheter unobstructed of pa- tients from the urokinase sealed tube group were better than the heparin calium sealed tube group, and there were difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Using periodical urokinase sealed tube in the treatment of the femoral vein catheter in patient on long-term hemodialysis has significant effect to the rate of catheter unobstructed ,and can reduce the average of economic burden and pain for replantation tube.
