摘　　要：介绍了一种利用高速低功耗型单片机MSP430F149芯片设计电阻测试仪的方法。通过单片机内部的12位A/D转换器实现电阻-电压转换,具有硬件电路简单、扩展功能强、量程自动转换、精度高的特点。This paper introduces a method of designing resistance tester by using high speed low power consumption MCU MSP430FI49 chip. The system has realized resistance-to-voltage conversion through 12-bit A/D converter inside the single chip microcomputer. The hardware circuit has the features of simple structure, strong function expansion, automatic conversion range and high precision.
